The way many of us eat causes too much acidity in the body and one of the ways for the body to protect itself from this is to lay down fat stores within which to hold the excess acid.

The following 12 × 1 hour weekly sessions will provide a powerful combination of nutritional advice, results coaching, NLP, hypnosis (including individual, personalised take home CD’s) and behavioural tasking. These sessions include weekly menu plans complete with ALL required recipes, detailed daily instructions and shopping list, making it an easy, foolproof plan to empower you to reach your ideal weight quickly and easily;
